“You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Especially the Jacksonville location. The employees are very well mannered and always respectful. Every cashier is welcoming with a nice smile. The inside is very clean. Someone is always wiping the tables or cleaning in some other type of way. The bathrooms are nicely clean as well. They always keep the drive-thru moving so everyone gets their food quickly and fresh. The food is high quality and delicious. I have never gone to Chick-fil-A and hated what I was eating. It never fails to impress my taste buds every time. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.“

“The other closed next to I20 which i had no idea until I went to the drive thru but honestly im glad the old place was horrible but the newer place was awesome the manager was super sweet and I did get a wing instead of thigh and she apologized and let me keep the wing instead of just throwing it away because she knew I was honest.. also their biscuits were the best I've ever had at KFC!!“
