My husband, daughter and I went in for lunch. Kelsey was the sweetest, kindest girl. Her customer service skills are definitely above average. She went above and beyond for my needy family. I won’t be coming back just for the good food but to also see her smiling face. She DESERVES a raise for taking such good care of DQ customers.
We got the 4pc chicken finger baskets and they were skimping on the sauce cups as well as the size of the chicken. We also got peanut buster parfaits it all came to a little over $30. I could’ve went up the road to Zaxbys paid less and got more food. What we got the quality and the taste were fine but the price for what we got was lackluster

When I ordered a slushy I was told the machine was down, so I asked for the same serving size of flavoring (just not mixed). Instead of being denied, this courteous young woman, Kelsey, helped all while wearing the most beautiful smile! That was the first time I’ve felt they were more happy to help than I was to get my order lol. Hands down I’ll be back soon!
