Our daughter has Autism Spectrum Disorder and Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome and sometimes can't eat or drink. The only thing that helps or doesn't make her sick is McDonald's chocolate shakes. Sometimes they come out of the machine vanilla and chocolate. She won't drink it unless it's all chocolate. They have been SO KIND and so NICE to always mix it so that she will drink it.
