“These workers are amazing. Always friendly. Always try their best. I went in to pick up an order I placed online late one night and they had ran out of one of the things I ordered and before I even got there, they had taken care of the refund and apologizd. They also don't Hassel or try to guilt you into tipping for carryout like many places do. In fact another location we won't use anymore, not only hassels you for a tip, but every time we didn't tip for carryout, we got sick off of the food. We experimented literally at that other location for 3 years. Yet here, we've never gotten sick off of their food weather or not we tip for carry out ( we always tip good for delivery). I can't say enough wonderful things about this location. I literally drive way out of my way just for this location. When that other one is only 4 miles from my house.“

“There was this one girl that looked younger and she was super short with brown hair I’m pretty sure and she gave the best costumer service. She kept on checking on everyone and was super nice to a baby that sitting next to me and my bf. I didn’t catch her name I wish I did. The food was nice and fresh. “We have been to several Wingstops, this one was Fabulous! The chicken was cooked to perfection with the crispy crust. If you like spice the Louisiana Rub is amazing! Our food was ready by the time we fixed our drinks!!! We were there on a Saturday night around 630. Staff was very friendly, store was clean.“

“This is the best Pizza Hut in the Shoals area. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my order is fulfilled correctly. I’ve never had any issues with this location when it comes to my order or interacting with the staff. My order is always ready on time as well. “We had a decent meal. The fries, though hot, were not all fully cooked. The nibblers were good, but it's possible the buns had been sitting out too long. The front counter worker did a good job but didn't fully understand when I asked for an extra plate (we ordered two nibbler meals for three people). The drink machine was spewing syrup, so maybe repairs or cleaning is needed? We dined outside and noticed broken tables against the railing that really should be repaired or removed. So, overall, it was not a bad experience. The best part was the view of the sky as we ate.“

“I’d give this location 6 stars for service if I could. I messed up and ordered a pizza for pickup from the Muscle Shoals store instead of this one. The young man that worked the window was kind enough to match the price for the pizza and called the Muscle Shoals store and had them refund my order. He did not have to do any of that, but he did.

That exemplifies customer service. The pizza was great as always and loved the fact they now offer a small pizza.

We will definitely re-visit this store simply because of the actions of this employee.“

“Went in with a few issues and complications with our order but we were greeted by Dennis the assistant manager who not only resolved the problem but also went above and beyond for us. They were very understanding very professional and very helpful. We need more people like Dennis in the world and Little Caesars is VERY lucky to have such a professional employee working for them. Highly recommend goin to this particular establishment which was very clean and very pleasant all around. They earned the 5 Stars and we will definitely be coming back in the future 💯“

“We always order on the app.We drive from Killen to Darby Drive Domino’s in Florence,AL. & by the time to get there it’s ready.We always get the 3 or 4 pizzas for $9 each. It’s always the best!
