“Visiting Florence today with friend who has celiac, so always a challenge to find interesting lunch eateries in GF world. But this is it. Whether you r GF or not, this terrific lunch place epitomizes next generation of tasty, fusion-y, healthy food. Some places advertise as "GF" because they have 1 or 2 dull GF options. Not Esther's. Today, they had predominantly vegie and GF options, but also meat if u chose. For lunch, you order either a bowl or a plate but basically both feature complementary combos of vegie or meat components. I chose meatless options, and like in any super restaurant, as I was eating, kept thinking, what spices did they use to season these couscous? What ingredients make this potato/kale curry so unusual? How did they turn something as boring-sounding as brussels sprout cole slaw into something I would kill to serve at a dinner party? Plus, according to my friend, their GF desserts were great (not just the usual tolerable). Cannot say enough about good vibes of this place. live in a part of Nashville famous for out of box, amazing restaurants, and returning home tonight, all I can say is, Esther! Would you please consider opening Esther's-North up here?“

“YUMM is one of my favorite places in Florence! The servers are friendly, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is fantastic (and consistent). Any time I get chilly and crave soup, the YUMM Chicken Noodle Bowl is my fix. Even if I miss the lunch hours, they do have the smaller Coconut Thai Soup without the noodles that can delightfully precede my sweet Pork Katsu. During Fall it's the Tonkatsu Ramen for dinner always! When I was a server at the Marriott Shoals, we always had an arsenal of favorite local places to recommend to travellers and YUMM was in my top 3. I enjoy being here enough that I would consider quitting my current serving job (and ditching my work wig) if I could work here with colored hair.*Update* I no longer have blue hair so did end up joining the serving team here and I love the food and staff here even more than I previously did. I now have more than 3 favorite dishes here and am always surprised at how phenomenal the specials can be! I've gone from eating here once a week to 4-5 times a week and it never disappoints or gets old. If anything, it just keeps getting better.Vegetarian options: The hardest part of vegetarian dishes is there's a lot with fish sauce, but most popular vegetarian dishes would be: Edamame, Caulipops, Vegetable Lover, Yumm Noodle Bowl with Tofu, Teriyaki with Tofu, or any Curry dish with Veggies or Tofu.Dietary restrictions: There are Vegetarian Options (even more if you're Pescatarian), Dairy Free Options, an entire Gluten Free Menu, and very few Vegan options as well.Parking: There is a parking garage located behind the restaurant on Tennessee Street (level H is located by a little overpass that takes you inside the building - there are steps that have to be taken and then an elevator inside) it is free after 4pm and on Saturdays. Street parking is also available right outside the front door, which is also free after 5pm.Kid-friendliness: It is not the most kid-friendly menu unless they love Sushi. There are chicken options, fries, and fried rice available just not always in child portions.Wheelchair accessibility: When parking on the street, there is handicap parking and tables are able to have chairs removed to allow wheelchairs at the table or wheelchairs can be kept in the lobby if using the chair at the table.“

“We had a lovely lunch. The service was great, and the food was as good as it always has been. I grew up with LawLers in Athens, and it's so much fun seeing the expansion and seeing that each location is maintaining the traditional quality standards.Parking: Plenty of parking spots conveniently angled for the flow of traffic.“

“This was some excellent bar food. And the service was friendly and attentive.We had a veggie burger, a regular burger, and a fish sandwich. The veggie burger was one of the better versions we've tasted in a while. And the fish was spiced and cooked perfectly. The burger was cooked to perfection, and was very tasty.Highly recommended - we'll be back.“

“First time being here. Very fancy. Waiter was cute and nice. Went here with 2 other people (3 in total) and had no wait for seating despite being busy. The back of my menu had a pasta stain thing on it and the towel napkin didn't look that clean. Food was good. Five stars despite the menu and towel thing ?“
