The ratio was about 1:1 chicharrón to cheese. The flavor, ahhhh the flavor was soooo good. Personally, I would have preferred my papusa to be toasted and filled more. As another reviewer mentioned, the papusas don't taste as good when it sits, so eat then while they're hot. I can't comment on the curtido bc I don't like curtido. Almost all the papusas were $2.50 each. Sopa de Mariscos con Crema (5/5): This soup has bluecrab, fish, imitation crab, shrimp, mussels and vegetables. We got it with cream & the crushed red pepper on the side. I was expecting small chunks of fish and a crab claw. Nah, y'all getting a whole experience! There was a whole filet of fish, lots of shrimp, and half of a bluecrab. This soup was so good and filling! Filete Pescado con Camarones (5/5): The breading on the shrimp and fish was well seasoned. The shoe string fries were fresh and crunchy. I've never had Salvadoran rice but I prefer it over the regular Spanish - it's lighter and fluffy.“
“I've never experienced a Mexican buffet. I like that you can get different things to taste test. It is a small buffet that could be set up a little better to run smoother. They had a door open for fresh air and that's fine but they need a screen door for the flies.“

“Really nice place close by Sand Rock climbing campsite. Food is great but check the menu they are not including the guacamole salad !! beside that is great. Maddy was our waitress, and she was super nice and kind!Kid-friendliness: We went there with our little boy 3 years old and no issues!“
