“First time stopping in and ohhh me oh my!!!!! Where do I start.,...Let's see had the chicken fingers with snap beans and mashed taters and some tea. Nary a complaint from me as it was dang good especially seeing as the previous night's meal that was bland at a big name truck stop. The taters and gravy were excellent. Best part here is, got a dang good meal for half the price as what I paid at that big name joke of a truck stop. If I'm ever back through here again I'm definitely stopping in for sure“

“At least once a week, my mom and I go to Burger King to pick up breakfast before going to her office. There are many fast-food restaurants in town in which we can go, but Burger King usually has the shortest line and consistently gets our order correct. A couple of weeks ago, they messed up on our order. They forgot to include my mom’s ham, egg and cheese croissant in the bag. Once we got to my mom’s office and realized it, we called the restaurant to explain what was not included in the bag. They apologized and asked if we could come back to get it. We told them we would be back in about ten minutes. The employee who answered the phone was the most polite and understanding fast-food employee. Usually, when you call a fast-food restaurant, the worker who answers the phone is anything but polite. We thought we would surely get the rude comments when we went back to pick up the rest of our order. Surprisingly, when we got there, not only did they give us the croissant that was missing in our order, but they completely remade the order, including an extra ham, egg, and cheese croissant. This was the best experience we have ever had when getting a fast-food order corrected.“

“Dale is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. We went in on 6-16-23 with 3 youngins who can be very shy when it comes to service people, she got them laughing and quite comfortable very quickly. She has great customer service and went above that and made my family feel welcome by engaging in personable conversations. She kept the dining room very clean and checked up on all the other customers, making sure they all had what they needed as well. Great person and great employee. McDonald’s, take care of her. Very hard to come by people/employees like that.“

“It's the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to come and score a burger for Jumbo's. I am glad I did. I got the Double Classic Cheeseburger, and it had two 8-ounce patties on it. A pound of Meat. Fresh, never-frozen, hand-patted-out patties. The toppings were fresh as well. Great Owners and staff. Got to put this on your Bucket List. In Pell City, AL.“

“DANG! Even better!! We haven't been here for about 5 years, as we moved to Florida. We were so lucky to get there today. The BEST catfish and shrimp, yes, shrimp! Always excellent, but today was outstanding. Fried to order, so it is crisp, not greasy. Homemade, delicious coleslaw, new recipe hush puppies (so perfect!) and onion rings. You really should try it. If it's your first visit, you might be wary as it is not fancy, but if you want great food, and friendly service, you will not be disappointed! The interior has been updated under new ownership. The food and service were outstanding!!“
