“WE LOVE JACKS!! BEST FOOD!! I would love to give 5 stars all the way across but I do not always have great service. Breakfast is always fast any great. But nighttime/dinner is hit and miss. The managers are always wonderful and I'm sure the reason the food is somewhat slow or service isn't always exceptional is because night shift is typically mostly youth/young employees and that's more reflective of the way we are raising and allow our children/teens to behave and deal with accountability and criticism. The managers can only do so much.“

“The food is great the employees actually know what they are doing we got everything we ordered I had a double cheese burger it had not just 3 pickles on it it had four pickles four and the people gave us a hole pile of napkins the reason for 4 stars is the fries were terrible they were over cooked and needed a lot more salt but other wise great mc donalds“
