“WE LOVE JACKS!! BEST FOOD!! I would love to give 5 stars all the way across but I do not always have great service. Breakfast is always fast any great. But nighttime/dinner is hit and miss. The managers are always wonderful and I'm sure the reason the food is somewhat slow or service isn't always exceptional is because night shift is typically mostly youth/young employees and that's more reflective of the way we are raising and allow our children/teens to behave and deal with accountability and criticism. The managers can only do so much.“

I would probably be adjusting my clothes and looking a mess too if I was one of only two employees that were there and was in the back cooking and cleaning.
