“Stopped here over Spring Break during our road trip and loved our cinnamon rolls so much that we had to swing back through on our way home from Pensacola! So many different flavor possibilities... everything was delicious! It was more of a wait than I had expected (especially being the only ones there), but it definitely wasn't over 10-15 minutes and the woman working was very friendly and professional. Looking forward to our next Cinnaholic visit!“

“Great food and service. Cleanliness less than it should be. The men's room had obviously not been cleaned in days, the urns at the coffee station needed a wipe down, the highchairs had crumbs on the trays, and the floor needed mopping. Disappointing. Speaks poorly of management.“

“The frosted sugar cookie is my favorite and it used to be a standard part of their menu but unfortunately it hasn't been offered the last few times I've eaten at Crumbl. This time I decided to try the pink velvet cake. It was really good! But the middle hardly had any frosting like it showed it would in the picture so that was disappointing since the frosting was the best part (the blob sticking out of the side of the picture is really all there was.) Don't get me wrong, I love Crumbl and will continue to eat here but I wish the sugar cookie would come back and the cakes would match the pictures. 😉“
