We’re never disappointed. We go as often as we’re able to. We drive over an hour to get there and it’s so worth it. The food has the authentic Puerto Rican flavors that take you back home. We’ve have the alcapurrias that are delish. The empanadas of beef and chicken - we love them both. The mofongo is so good here and I don’t usually like mofongo. I stopped by after work for a later lunch, excited to try the Puerto Rican offerings from this small food trailer.
It doesn't seem like they move around too much and are instead generally set up in a parking lot off Madison Boulevard with a few other businesses. They keep their FB page regularly updated and often run specials with Puerto Rican dishes that are often hard to find commercially in town.
