I am so disappointed in this location. The rice is repeatedly undercooked, hard & crunchy. I ordered through DoorDash, but my complaint is about this location sending me an incomplete order. I paid for 1/2 Barbacoa 1/2 Chicken, with black beans white rice, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream, & red salsa. I paid for 2 tortillas on the side & a side of chips. Is it possible to give this location a negative-5? ? The April Fools Joke was on me at first and on the Clift Farms location last. I placed my online order (quesadilla online only) only to get there and see the online food station in this nasty cross contamination condition. I asked for the Mgr. requested he have his staff wipe it down. His excuse was they had just gone through a rush. So he refused to ask them to clean it up during the 47 minutes I stood there. Very dirty restaurant, will never go back. Very few to no people there yet it looked like there had been a food fight yesterday and everything was left on and he floor and tables overnight. This was less than an hour after they opened.
