“My husband did a review and it has not showed up. We love this place, and in this time, everyone always posts negetive. So we are here to give a positive review!! This smoothie king is the best! From the employees to the managers and we love the new shirts! The employees here are hard workers and we have been here on Friday when it is crazy! “We had such a great experience at this ice cream shop! They have a great variety of ice cream flavors, so there’s something for everyone. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
The person serving the ice cream was very friendly and patient.
We’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a sweet treat!“

“I was at the Balch Road location in Madison Al. Jarquez D was so patient in helping me decide what to order as I have lots of food restrictions . I got a Blimey/Limey, substituted cranberry for strawberry and added pea protein. Very good taste. I went at 1:40 and they were very busy so it took about 20 minutes to get my “to go” order, therefore, I only gave 4 stars. I only drank half as it’s such a big cup. I put the rest in the refrigerator and it’s just as good the next day!“

“I love the energy of this place. It is very clean and well themed. The staff here is great, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. I ordered the Alabama peach pie and it was prepared incredibly fast and tasted great. The prices are very fair and the service is great!“

“Cash is truly fantastic! Though he's new, he's quickly becoming a beloved leader here. I've watched him eagerly jump in to help by making drinks when they're short-staffed, and he's always so attentive—remembering my complicated order without a blink. Whenever he spots my flight suit, he knows it's a special day, graduation. It's wonderful to see such dedication and friendliness.“

“It makes my day to stop by this location esp with my dogs (they will remember them and give them lil pup cups) Staff is super friendly. I dont understand some of the reviews about the coffee quality- its just coffee calm down & grow up lol sometimes i try a new drink and dont like it its life. I always come back and tip well simply because the staff are so nice and sweet 💖 its also a plus that their drinks dont spike my sugar as a diabetic“

“My drinks are always made the way they should be. The customer service is great and I never wait too long. I'd much rather drive to this location opposed to the one in Madison although it's closer. Every encounter l've had at this location has been pleasant.“
“I love Scooters coffee. 😍 But what I love most is this location. I talk to these folks more than I do my children! The splash of love in my (daily) iced caramelicious and the happiness that spills out that little window makes my heart smile. This group is the best!! I'm not saying I'm their favorite, but prove me wrong. I'm an app user, and I highly recommend for the rewards!“
