“I want to commend Chase, Lauren and Derrick for my ice coffee today. I asked them to whip me up a good iced decaf coffee. It was great and they did it just the way you like it without know what you like. Hats off the the three. They made my day and they have the best customer service.“
“Amazing teas! Great customer service. Very nice people.“

“This place was amazing! Got the Bayou Hurricane loaded tea here (pineapple and watermelon) on a hot day and it was exactly what I needed: cold, fruity, and refreshing. And the fact that the size you get is huge and it's only 24 calories is just the cherry on top.
I was worried that all the teas here were boba once I arrived since that's not my preference, but upon asking I learned that that was just an optional add-on if you want. They have so many options and all of them sound awesome. Also, they have milkshakes too?! Definitely would love to come back.“

“Amazing experience at 7 Brew on University! Chase made the whole experience welcoming from the start. He patiently walked me through the menu, answered all my questions, and created a drink I’d never tried before that I absolutely loved!
His customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Huge shoutout to Chase give that man a raise! Thanks for the great service and an even better drink!“

“I have recently lost 115 pounds due to having a gastric sleeve surgery in Feb 2025 and this place makes my journey easier on me. I wandered into the establishment not knowing what to order to order to help me reach my daily protein needs and give me a healthier option for lunch. Alex, the manager is amazing she personally worked with me to help me figure everything out and I am a regular now and although I don't live in Huntsville I get my planey smoothie fix as much as I possibly can. I recently got to meet the owner Mrs. Diana and she is so kind and accommodating I just have to convince her to start opening on Sunday bc I had to go to another competitor one Sunday and I was thoroughly disappointed. FYI stay away from smoothie king off university save your money, time and taste buds. I have had such a wonderful experience at planet smoothie that I even made a Christmas gift for Alex to show my deep appreciation and whenever I go in now I feel like coming to see friends and I feel like I matter. They go above and beyond to meet all my needs and I have never been disappointed not once. Their smoothies are worth every penny you'll spend and I would recommend them to all my friends and family in the surrounding bariatric community. I can't express enough how vital they have been to my success and I know they will continue to be going forward. Planet Smoothie thank you for making me feel important and taking a real interest in my health journey in this day and age that's rare but they really are in a category above all the rest simply put they're in a class of their own.“

“My daughter & I love stopping here! All drinks are soooo much better than Starbucks! Not only do they have coffee drinks, they also have lemonades & shakes. Drinks have the option of being blended, which is amazing on these hot southern days. The staff always seems upbeat & friendly. Fast service too. Sweet that they remembered Moms on Mother's Day with free decals. If you haven't tried this place, you are missing out. This is definitely our go to place & I highly recommend it!“
“I really like this place. Bad news, it's close to my house. LOL! That's the good news, as well. Noah and Abby know about their products. They are such lovely people. My new fav is Heartbreaker from their Valentine's menu.“
“The drinks and milkshakes are delicious. They're very friendly , very knowledgeable about their products and they care about people living a healthy lifestyle. I wish them the most success.“

“I'm from a different state and got to try this today and omg I'm in love, I know Starbucks is not the best but I like the way they customize my drink so been going there for awhile, plus I live in a small town we don't get many chain coffee shops. This place is cheaper, their drink is less sweet even though it's regular level and the barista at this location was so nice, I didn't know how there sweetness level was so I ordered half sweet at first, it was a bit too little sweet for my liking so I asked them for sugar packets and they just redone me a new cup, service was definitely 10/10, bonus the good drink and price. Definitely be back anytime when I see Dutch Bros at any different state.“

“Love this smoothie king! I left a few reviews because I cant say enough about this place. When customer service now is questionable these employees are the best. Thank you“
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t typically like these kind of drinks but this lady knows what she is doing. She makes the best drinks and is the sweetest person! Always look forward to having one now! 🥤“
“I wanted a regular coffee with half and half so we googled coffee shops and found that many of them do not serve plain coffee with half and half but only fru fru sugary drinks with coffee in them. We found that Scooters served a small medium or dark roast coffee with half and half for $1.10. The service was friendly, fast, the coffee was good, cheap, and just what I was looking for.“

“I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I have been going into this location for a couple of years because the location is perfect for me and I love the smoothies and although the customer service has always been pretty bad to say the least but my recent experience was definitely a 5 star, Thanks to “Ava” who was extremely cordial and professional. I would love to tell management that the employees need to follow her example. Act like you appreciate your customers not that we are bothering you by coming in, it’s not that hard. If this were my business (and I’ve had many) I would do a complete overhaul of employees even if you have to bump up the pay just a little!“

“We had the strawberry delight milkshake the the birthday blowout milkshake.
Both milkshakes were very good. They make them well - great consistency. Their Blue Bell ice cream does some heavy lifting flavor wise because the toppings / mix-ins aren't dominant.
It was busy when we went here, but the two workers were efficient and doing a good job.“
