Very disappointed. The chain is very diligent about accommodating Gluten Free patrons, however, Town Madison has proven to be cavalier and ignorant with GF preparation of meals. Gluten Free was stated, asked, and answered several times, yet the shrimp was served wrapped on garlic toasted bread. Has happened 2 of 2 times. So my burger suppose to look like the menu and it comes and this is what I got 😂. I mean come on ! I sure outback would want full price for this 🍔. And I get a crappy pattie !!
Listen, whoever was back there seasoning those steaks today around 6:10-6:30 pm, needs a raise. They really love their job and care about the food. Awesome Monday night experience!
