We love Whataburger. Our favorite is the Wrangler burger (please keep this as a permanent menu item Whataburger). We order on the app, pickup at the 72 location. Employees are always fast filling the order and very friendly.
Walked into the restaurant. We are the only guests and 4 of their employees are cussing non-stop at each other. Didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t stop the foul language. We left and walked next door to Jacks. At Jack’s we were greeted and immediately served. We will not be back to this Whataburger.
Went with my mother this evening. Waited ten minutes and no one cared that we were waiting. TWO managers even walked by without acknowledgment. When a worker came to the front, she looked at us, mumbled something, but didn't offer to take our order. We left. I was excited to eat there, too, because I don't have a Whataburger where I live.
