“Oh my goodness the food exceeded expectations. I got the bacon avocado sandwich and it might have been the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Plus, the signature sauce was really good. Oh, and the rosemary fries are amazing too. Watch out Chick-fil-A - this place was good!!“
“Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? The food is always delicious, the service is outstanding and friendly. It would be nice to see the menu before a server is asking me what I'd like in the drive thru though. But I understand the reasoning behind it. Having a server take your order is nicer than yelling it into a speaker.“
“UPDATEBoJangles went above my expectations to make the situation right!! Very much apprecated.Placed an order online at 3:30 for pick up at 4:00. Arrived one minute early - walked in and no one was to be seen. After a few minutes a young man came up to help me and another customer who had come in. I told him I was there for a pick up. He pulls my order and takes it back so they can start making it. I thought the point of ordering online was so it would be READY when you arrived. Not here apparently.I watched the person in back make my order. He was VERY slow. Part of my order was a grilled chicken club - he did not put bacon on it but wrapped and unwrapped it 4 times. Sandwich and biscuits were ready finally and I asked the employee who helped me in the first place to check and see if bacon was on the club sandwich. It was not so he took care of it.At 4:20 my order was finally ready. 3 biscuits, a sandwich, fries, bo-rounds, and drinks. Way too long to have waited for an order that was placed online at 3:30.I get home and disperse the food - 2 of the biscuits didn't have the pimento cheese that was an add on - extra money. I ordered 2 pepsi's and 1 tea - received 2 teas and one pepsi.I called the store to ask for a credit/refund due to paying extra for things I didn't get. The girl who answered the phone asked if I had my receipt - I did on my phone. I asked her what she needed off of it. She tells me nothing - that I can come back and get what I'm missing. I told her I'm not coming back tonite. She said next time I come there I can get what I'm missing. Didn't even ask what I was missing or what the problem was. WOW (must happen a lot)Not sure who the current manager is but this kind of thing wouldn't have happened a couple of years ago. Orders were correct and received quickly. They weren't busy. A couple of customers were in the dining area and a couple of cars went through the drive through. There appeared to be a full staff.“
“Fast when food is ready, slow when it isn't. This place isn't actually a full sized Chick-Fil-A it;s on of there "Express" restaurants. As in, they don't have the full menu, just the essentials, nuggets, fries, sandwiches, etc. You walk up grab a drink and grab the items you need. This process can be incredibly fast, if the menu item your looking for is ready and there;'s no line. Otherwise, you end up waiting around for 5 minutes waiting for them to prepare it. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. Great places to seat inside and out. Just don't come during rush hour and expect to have nugget and fries immediately.“
“Yall. This store is the best fast food experience I have had in a long time. And that's saying something cause it's been a while since I've had a bad experience so they have to have been GREAT to be at the top of my list. I wish I had gotten the ladies name that had taken my order. She was AMAZING. so super sweet and helpful. I feel like the girl that walked in was an off the clock employee and she was super nice too. She had really friendly and kind conversation while I waited for my food. I will DEFINITELY be going there often. And my food was on point. Go there! You won't regret it :)“

“Went to lunch at 2:00 today. Great customer service and very clean. Most part I love best is you don't have to order from a keyott. You actually have a friendly person to take your order. I had just left Wendys because they wouldn't take my order. Hope KFC keeps it where you have someone to take your order.“
“Came by on a Sunday just after 12. Ordered, fine, found a booth to sit, not a lot of folks inside, food came in good order, food was good. It’s just that the AC was on. We were freezin. Cold rainy day outside too. We really couldn’t enjoy our meal cause it was so cold. Asked the server about an adjustment and she said she wasn’t allowed to adjust. Oh well.“
“Drive thru at 1030am.... Employee appeared not fully trained with no customer service. Took my money, was told to pull forward... No explanation and left waiting for almost 7 min before food was brought to me, again no THANK YOU or SORRY FOR YOUR WAIT.... ?Food itself was very good.“
“KFC was crazy busy but the staff was working super hard to get everything out as fast as possible. During the time I was there No one complained about wrong orders. That was impressive, as busy as they were. Our order was correct and it was delicious!!!“
