Drive thru order taker was very pleasant during the ordering process. She confirmed before handing me the order there was no onions as requested. The food was hot and very tasty. Excellent experience for me.

I got the 15 PC tender meal w/ 2 sides ($3.00 up charge per side of mac & cheese, that's my complaint) $35 for chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and green beans, passes on up charge. You would think JACK'S would appreciate a customer that spends $40 at lunch. Zero stars for customer perks!!!!

Their breakfast is good, but if you order a plate to go with grits or gravy you can bet 10 out of 10 times they make sure it spills in the bag. Has to be a better way to bag, so tired of opening my food to a complete mess.
