First time eating at Jack's, boy what a big disappointment. I ordered a steak biscuit, and my biscuit fell apart. I received sausage, instead of my steak. Staff was friendly and service was pretty fast. I would have exchanged it, but was heading to work.

The in store take out order was good, straight to business with good fundamental customer service. Ordered the low carb meal scrambled eggs bacon and cheese was cooked fresh and quickly delivered.

I ordered breakfast for 50 for our office staff. I stopped on a Wednesday to order for Friday morning pick up. Chris, the District Manager, was so helpful and professional. He gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. He texted me on Thursday to confirm all the details. He said he would be there personally to make sure everything was ready.
