I recently ordered from a food delivery app. Aztecas had the food ready quickly, and the driver picked it up, but never brought it to my house. The food delivery service created a new order for me, then canceled it too. But they did not cancel with the restaurant. The Assistant Manager at Aztecas knew all the trouble I was going thru, and personally delivered the order himself. TO MY HOUSE!! I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service.
