Well I ordered sackful and large fries... The large fries was skimmed and only amount of small fries and when I asked about it the manager gave me a shitty look then fixed and some of the krytals were old... left over from last night. Me and my family used to love eating Krystal but it seems as if they could give a shit weather they stay in business or not....what a shame.
Man I miss white castle but I'm falling in love with krystals. Gimme them tiny burgers.
Took my family for the first time to try a ff restaurant not available in Utah. Drive thru service was great, and our order was accurate. What happened after we ate the Krystal is not a story to be shared in detail. One toilet, several upset stomachs, you get the picture. This place made my son weary of my credabilty as a father figure and thank God my daughter had McDonald's instead, she still trusts me! I would rename this place to Krap-rapid!

Krystal is a popular restaurant known for its hot and fresh food, featuring friendly employees who strive to provide excellent service. Many customers enjoy the Krystal cheeseburgers, often wishing they could eat them every day. The restaurant remains a top choice for those craving its signature little burgers and other menu items, offering great value for the price.
However, some customers have noticed a decline in the dining atmosphere due to understaffing, which can lead to slow service and missed items, like tots. While the food is generally good and the restaurant is clean, the drive-through experience can sometimes be lengthy. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a nice environment for all. Despite some issues, the service is often praised as great.
