Took my family for the first time to try a ff restaurant not available in Utah. Drive thru service was great, and our order was accurate. What happened after we ate the Krystal is not a story to be shared in detail. One toilet, several upset stomachs, you get the picture. This place made my son weary of my credabilty as a father figure and thank God my daughter had McDonald's instead, she still trusts me! I would rename this place to Krap-rapid!
I went to the Crystal in Tillman‘s corner, and the food was really good. However, I did have a wait, But it was worth it, because the food was really good. The lady at the window could’ve been friendlier.
I was in a big rig and it was late night. The lobby was closed but the young lady still helped me great customer service. Food was fresh no complaints.
