“I visited the location at airport and snow today. I went inside for the 1st time as I usually go through the drive through. There were 6+ employees. My coffee could have tasted like a dumpster fire and I would not have cared because of how happy and kind the employees were. Every human in that building was happy to be at work today or did a 10/10 job at faking it. What a blessing to be that happy at work. Shout out to the owners or managers. I know how hard it is to cohesively get a group of people that happy to be at work and you guys are doing something right. Full disclosure-my coffee was delicious and not a dumpster fire. Contrary to the majority of humans,I will be back for the customer service-not the coffee.“

“Had no expectations and I rarely write reviews but this place was great! Service quick and our waitress was a doll!! We all got a burger and the fried delicious mushrooms for an app. I’d say all in all a 10 out of 10!!!“

“This place is jam-packed during lunch with a line outside of the door. I didn't order off of the hot bar. I have a phobia of things sitting out even if it's inclosed. I ordered a seafood plate. It didn't take as long as I thought that it would consider the number of people. I kinda skipped the line after waiting a bit. Suggestion There are 2 women working the front. One fixing plates off the hot bar and the other ringing up the customer. Some people are undecided or getting more than o e plate fixed. They should have 2 lines, and if the person on the register was taking orders and payments to people having orders placed, then it would cut down on as much waiting.The food was good and the staff could smile and be more inviting. ?“

“We have enjoyed all our meals at Soul Heaven, since they opened up their brick & mortar location! The portions are generous & food is always hot. Fried fish has been my favorite so far. Different flavored Teas and lemonades are so nice for the hot months. The staff is sweet, service is fairly quick, and great price for how much you walk away with. I would recommend to anyone in the area“

“The Two Young Ladies working the Line and Register were awesome , they were very nice, greated me with a smile and kind word, the food was good and selection of grab m go food & drinks were well stocked… Thank you from someone that spends a lot of time in hospitals( Terminal Stage 4 Lung Cancer and Bone Cancer in my Spine) , Thank you Ladies for making my stay more Bearable…“
