“I ordered a cookie cake for my husband’s birthday dinner this evening. It was supposed to be ready by noon but due to being way understaffed, it wasn’t ready for pick up until much later. Mona, was such a sweetheart. She offered to deliver the cookie cake to my work and went above and beyond to help make sure all was well. “My mom and I recently placed an online order for Crumbl Cookies, fully convinced we’d arrive right on time for our curbside pickup. Well, we showed up and… surprise! The store was closed, and our app decided to take a nap too. So there we were, sitting in the parking lot, contemplating life choices and cookie cravings.
