Money was paid for an online order accepted for a pickup time after a Mobile AL location, McGowan Park, closed...even though ALL online information at the time did NOT indicate the different, earlier closing time. Location's Facebook page still indicates the later closing time. Location has been completely unresponsive to requests for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE business practice!

Tonight was my first time going to Firehouse Subs and I must say the service was excellent! The young lady at the register walked me through the whole process of ordering clearly and patiently. The young lady who made my sandwich was quick and very pleasant! I will definitely be back again!!
