“I haven’t been to this restaurant quite a long time because the previous group of people that were working there was just downright nasty. I didn’t like to place it all and I live right down the street from it and I just absolutely refuse to go to this location and I love five guys

But today because of the promo they had going on I figure I would give it one more shot and I gotta say I was in extremely shocked. They have a whole new set of people new managers knew everything I mean, that place was spotless. The food was immaculate. You got what you paid for . I mean my sandwich. I struggle trying to finish the one sandwich the other one I have to put it up for maybe tomorrow and the amount of fries I got for what I ordered was unreal so Has they have restored my faith in five guys.“

“RIDICULOUS. I entered this establishment on my own accord. After waiting in a short line in which both registers were open, I was greeted in a positive manner and forced to purchase my meal at the advertised price. $25!!! The horror!!! I could have fed my entire family at Wendy's with a coupon and told them they could only have water to drink for that! Before seating myself, I was provided the option to partake in free peanuts until my food was ready. WHO DO THESE FIVE GUYS THINK THEY ARE??? I could have been allergic! RUDE! I indulged regardless. My order number was called and I had to get it myself. Ugh. I tipped $2. This is the service I get? The hamburger was fresh and the bacon was crispy. The fries as always overfilled the bag and were hot. THE AUDACITY!!! I asked for a SMALL! After I was barely able to finish this satisfying and fulfilling meal, on my way out the door an employee YELLED AT ME "Have a nice day." How dare you tell me what kind of day to have! I do what I want!“

“The people that work there are Super Nice and polite. I saw some reviews that said the service was slow. Everything is cooked when you place your order. If you want FAST go to McDs. If you want Fresh and Good FIVE GUYS is the place to go.

I was in this exceptional restaurant again today and everything was even better than before. I dined in and forgot a package on the counter when I ordered. After I sat down, the extremely friendly and helpful Lady, that took my order, brought my package over to me. Not only are the Burgers and fries GREAT, the people that work there ARE EVEN BETTER.

“To say they are the epitome of kindness, professionalism, and efficiency is a severe understatement as they went above and beyond that for my husband and I. We came in tired, jetlagged and, quiet obviously, ravished by hunger, just ready to get some delicious but overpriced food to bring back to our hotel room. I walked in to put my order in and as always, a bumbling fool, not as adempt to put in an order, but eventually managed with the kind and patient employee. Next my husband, the advanced pro as he works with the public with an advanced Charisma check. Finally, the time came for us to pick up our impending, prepared hedonistic affair. The lady at the counter asks us if the is anything else we need, to which we inquire of our milkshake and bbq condiments, which she enthusiastically agrees with me that, INDEED their cajun fries does pair the best with their bbq sauce. We finish the exchange, milkshake, burgers and fries acquired, and we leave the facility to a kind farewell from the staff, to not be forgotten anytime soon.

You staff is amazing and wonderful, your facility clean and professional, and your food delicious, but yes, overpriced, but can kinda understand due to inflation.
