Received our food. Ordered 2 #8s mikes way. DoorDash delivered, opened food, it was meat, cheese and bread. Nothing else. Called about 10 times. No answer. We bring our food back after paying door dash $50 to deliver. By this time I am very angry. The girl blamed it on a new person training. It doesn't matter if a new person is training. Placed an online order. Arrived to pick up the order and it’s not ready because they don’t have wraps or tubs, but yet I could order those online - work on that, if it’s not available don’t make it available to order. Why do I have to put in my phone number for the order process, but not get a call from the store saying they don’t have what I ordered? Of course with an online order, you pay before you get your food and I left a tip. Totally unimpressed.
