I ordered lunch on Saturday at the Royal Street location and it was never delivered. When I called them they said they never received the order. I ordered through their app and had an order number, the app said my order was received by that store. The employee said there was nothing they could do about it and didn't refund my money or even offer to make my order I paid for......never eating at Jimmy John's again 😒, I usually order once a week.
First time ever at a jimmy johns and I would definitely go back!!!
