The employees, service and entire building is worthless. The ordering box never works so you have to order at the window, pro-longing the entire process. The drinks are so inconsistent. Tonight, their card machine is down. Pull out a $100 bill and they "can't take high bills". Technically, it is legal American tender and it cannot be refused.
Been sitting for 40+ minutes after putting an order in on the app. Watched two workers leave. Have tried to press the button in order to ask for them to cancel our order or bring it out, and no one answers. Very slow.
