Ramen Restaurants in Mobile, AL

“My fiancée and I ate here for the first time last night. The entire experience was utterly fantastic. We were there with a large social group who meet once a month at different restaurants in Mobile and Baldwin counties. There are always going to be challenges with a large group, and we have had some downright awful experiences; this was the exact opposite. The servers were super friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don’t know the answer, they will find someone who does. They are also very serious about allergy issues, with a dedicated fryer AND a dedicated boiler for gluten free noodles. I also got to speak briefly with the owner, Tyler (spoilers: he’s a nice guy and a great chef). He brought me a sample of a dish they are working on because I’d seen it on their FB page and asked him about it. We will 100% be back to eat here again, and we recommend everyone else come eat too.“
