First time ever eating at the restaurant. We parked and had a short walk. We were seated immediately, water pouring.. ice cold… menus were ready for us to look over.. waitress was like an ebony creole goddess… lol.. she was great. The waitress informed us about the specials which helped greatly making our choice. The food served at our table in no time was delicious. So much food we all asked for a to-go container. Ohhh and the way they bring out the check in paperback novels...
Tacos were great! Good flavor and did not fall apart. Tres leches cake was terrible. It tasted like walnut cake and very dry. Definitely not worth the $7.50 they charge for it. Go for the tacos, get desert somewhere else.
We ate at Roosters while on vacation, and it was hands down the best food we've had! The servers were absolutely amazing and super friendly and on top of everything they had a great kids menu, and our drinks never got low. If you're looking for a delicious meal in a fun, welcoming environment, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!
