“Waited 30 mins on a slow night for someone to answer call button. Young woman answers saying ice cream machine is down after sitting here wasting time. If machine is down why didn't she answer call button sooner to ask if I was here for ice cream.“
“A great representation of Sonic. Stopped on a Saturday night. Service was quick and order was accurate. It seems they stop the car hop around 9:00. We were there around 8:20, so still got curb service.
Parking: It’s a drive-in! All about a parking spot!“
“My 87 year old daddy wanted a chilli dog. I went to Sonic to get him the footlong chili cheese dog. I waited almost 20 minutes that night. I get to my daddy's house with his food and the hot dog bun was ROCK HARD. He couldn't even eat it. One of two things happened. Either the bun was old and stale, or it was frozen and they put the bun in the microwave. He then said he wished he'd gotten a hamburger. I felt awful. This was the Sonic on Springhill. Terrible experience.“
