Subway in Mobile

“I placed an order on the app that was ready for me to pickup. The sandwiches were FIRE. Dressed to a T, per my order instructions. Fresh veggies, fresh meat & perfectly toasted.

After my last experience at Jersey Mike’s (it gave us food poisoning), we’ll be frequenting Subway @ Schillinger & Cottage Hill from now on. Shout out to the Sandwich Artist there - I’ll get your name next time, properly, & revise my review. You rock. Thank you for a delicious dinner.“

“Good location close to the festival center right off of Airport Blvd. Plenty of parking. They make a good sandwich there except they're a little skimpy on the meat. All the toppings were fresh and good. The meal of the day and sandwich of the day are a good bargain. I like to go on Thursdays when the special is the turkey sandwich. They have Pepsi products and a lemonade, but not much choices for diet drinks.“

“My absolute favorite subway location. Always super quick, accurate on ingredients, as well as friendly. They don't cut your short on ingredients or forget to toast a subway, etc. Highly recommend this location. They also have a drivethru!“

“I accidentally placed an online order to this store and it made me have to get my sandwich 2hrs after it was ready. The girl working offered to remake my sandwich for me since it had been sitting. Amazing service and very kind too. Forgot to get her name but she deserves the praise“

“On 1/17/2025 time 12:30pm . I do a lot of charity work in my community,, this charity was for my mother ministry within the church of mobile, Alabama. Our reservation to prepare sandwiches in 24 hours could not be met because of staff shortages at local grocery stores. I’ve stop by this location a they didn’t show any hesitation for what I’ve needed for this charity event. Dust and his co worker went above and beyond beyond for something that have to be done in 24hrs,, it was quick and fast,, an most of all, they love what they do for their customers. I went to other subways a local stores an all they can tell me that I had to book in advance. I will continue doing my charity work with this location“

“Service was great!! The young lady who made my sub, Haley, took her time putting my sandwich together. Hard to find someone in a restaurant that thinks about if they will eat what they serve the customers before hand. That’s a good trait to have while dealing with the public. She was a delight.“

“This is my favorite place to get lunch during my lunch break. I have slowly learned all the workers names because I come so often. A little while back a family took over as new management and everything has improved from before. Everything is as you can expect with freshness of Subway. They are fast and kind. I’ve seen them be swamped with call in orders and many people inside and they can handle it all. The place is clean with nice music in the background. I highly recommend this Subway.“

“I will say that while ordering with the male I was a bit hesitant because he didn't seem very friendly, but I think that was just his demeanor and not anything personal. I initially asked for cold cut but changed my mind and they let me know he was going to get fresh meat (which was definitely a plus) but i let them know it wasn't that i was just debating on ham and cold cut and change my mind. They seemed very nice and adamant to make sure the sandwich was delicious. The bread was probably the best bread I've seen at a subway thus far and I will be returning based off of that alone. This will definitely be the location I use from now on.“

“I love everything about Subway everything and the people are magnificent they need a raise a big raise we need more people like the one that's already working in there they are super super super super super super super superb my sandwich was $7 and some pennies I gave the lady a $10 bill she was getting ready to give me the change left out of it I said no you can have it every time I go in that particular Subway I leave a tip“

“With no customers ahead of me and nobody out front at the time, I still received a prompt and friendly greeting just seconds after I arrived, without having to ring any bells for service. My sandwich was prepared quickly and efficiently, and it tasted great! Will definitely return.“

“Good sandwiches and the staff was real friendly. Nice greeting when you come in and very helpful making your sandwich the way you want it. Check your mail for coupons which will save you money. I used a 6-in combo coupon and got it for $6.49. They have a good selection of bread, Cheese, meats and toppings. Everything looked clean which is a plus.“

“I, personality, was not in the store on Cottage Hill St. my 82 year old deaf relative with some cognitive issues was. He had walked in the heat to get food. He waited an hour for the store to open. The young man behind the counter took care of him and me and my anxiety as I tried to handle the situation from long distance. He called uber and got him a ride home. I will forever be grateful for his act of kindness.“

“Stopped by to "special order" a foot long sub. I like the fresh, soft, white bread. I got the honey ham and American cheese toasted. The ham was spread all the way to each end of the bread. This way the first and last bite are not just bread. They also spread the mayonaise, bbq sauce, lettuce, sweet onions, pickles, tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers, ... They cut the sub into 6" lengths and wrapped each separately. It's easier to eat in 6" sections. After writing this report, I am getting hungry for another sub....“

“I ordered on door dash right before closing. They were out of stock of 2 of the things I ordered. Not only did they automatically refund me without me requesting, they upgraded everything I ordered that was in stock and made it extra good! Thank you!!!“

“Me being the jerk that I am I came in Subway 9 minutes before they close expecting to get yelled at. the lady at the register was super nice made my order and didn't complain, her name was Ella. Ella needs to be a Subway trainer her professionalism is extraordinary. Also this is one of the cleanest Subways that I have ever been in, I've lived in eight states, been to a lot of different subways this one looked the cleanest and also smelled the cleanest y'all got something going here let's keep it up.“
