“WOW. JUST WOW!! The new store management has really turned this store around. In less than a month you can already see a difference just from the food quality (the food is always fresh and the bread looks sooooo GOOD) You can feel a change to the overall atmosphere of the place. I came in and the manager was on a chair and getting all the old gross stickers off the door, she didn't ask anyone else to do it for her, she climbed up there and did it herself!!! The staff really seems to care about you as a customer and wants to make your experience the best it can possibly be. The new manager seems to really want to make this one of the best subways in mobile. She is an absolute delight and wants to make sure you are top priority from the moment you walk in the door. I didn't catch her name but girl if you see this, keep doing what you're doing!! I will definitely be back and I'm telling everyone I know that they need to come here!“
“I love everything about Subway everything and the people are magnificent they need a raise a big raise we need more people like the one that's already working in there they are super super super super super super super superb my sandwich was $7 and some pennies I gave the lady a $10 bill she was getting ready to give me the change left out of it I said no you can have it every time I go in that particular Subway I leave a tip“
“My absolute favorite subway location. Always super quick, accurate on ingredients, as well as friendly. They don't cut your short on ingredients or forget to toast a subway, etc. Highly recommend this location. They also have a drivethru!“
“My partner and I ordered online at 6:05pm on 12/29/23 and were told the order would be ready by 6:20pm. We arrived by 6:15pm and waited until 6:20 to try to pick up our order.Once we entered the store there was a line of not only walk in orders but online orders. Apparently the receipt machine was out of paper and was not updating employees regarding what orders were being made online and what not so they were far behind (but doing their best).We waited in line with many others to inform the employees of our order which took us about until 7pm to get made. Thankfully the employees at this location aced fixing the situations and kept their composure (as a previous food worker I know the situation can beyond stressful, especially when customers get frustrated or entitled). Unfortunately we were also told they were out of napkins as well (kindly offered paper towels instead).The issue I see here is inventory control. This set employees up for a disaster of a shift considering it's a prime location off of a busy street and more often than not employees do not get a day in whether or not to keep online ordering on. Five stars to the employees but 2 for the management/inventory control manager. Employees deserve better and if it's a continuous issue not only do you risk losing customers due to wait times (not employees fault) but also potentially losing employees for lack of stability in the work place as this sets them up for not only a hectic shift but also aggressive customers. Customers quickly become entitled and blame the employees in front of them even if they had nothing to do with the issue. At the grandbaby location I saw a perfect example where it wasn't the employees fault but he was verbally harassed and berated by a female customer for something he could not control and did his best to fix. Management/inventory control needs to do better. Way to go sandwich makers/cashier's at this subway, keep up the good work!“
“I can't speak to the many negative reviews this location has received, but I do know that I was a recent satisfied customer. I arrived late in the evening and several menu items weren't available, but the service was both competent and friendly. As is always the case with restaurants, a single employee can make all the difference. Based upon my recent experience, I would not hesitate to go back to this location. Thanks!“

“Service was great!! The young lady who made my sub, Haley, took her time putting my sandwich together. Hard to find someone in a restaurant that thinks about if they will eat what they serve the customers before hand. That’s a good trait to have while dealing with the public. She was a delight.“
“Customer service was good. Polite quick. Could calm down the mustard. Srirachi sauce needed change the veggies over some were not looking good. Remarks were study with customers no time as one employee comes from back from she says washing dishes. Shoulda been pulling what's needed for the line. Some customers like to see that lets us know we getting fresh food.“
“I will say that while ordering with the male I was a bit hesitant because he didn't seem very friendly, but I think that was just his demeanor and not anything personal. I initially asked for cold cut but changed my mind and they let me know he was going to get fresh meat (which was definitely a plus) but i let them know it wasn't that i was just debating on ham and cold cut and change my mind. They seemed very nice and adamant to make sure the sandwich was delicious. The bread was probably the best bread I've seen at a subway thus far and I will be returning based off of that alone. This will definitely be the location I use from now on.“

“Honestly I believe that this wretched place has drained me of my human rights. The mere fact that they dare not put 84 pieces of cheese on my baked sandwich is purely diabolical. I will no longer stand for the horrific behavior in which I have been subjected to in this terrible place. I for one am surprised I am still able to sit here with the will to go on with this review purely out of spite for this morbid establishment. Not to mention the fact that never.... NEVER have I been on a subway in any part of this rock in which we call Earth and seen a Subway branded establishment on a SUBWAY TRAIN! WHAT'S THE POINT OF NAMING YOURSELF AFTER A FAST MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION IF YOUR NOT GOING TO DELIVER MY 84 PIECES OF PROVOLONE SWIFTLY?! Even when I ask for something more mild like 1 mere scoop of caviar my request is still to be pondered upon by the staff of this dimwitted place. When I walk in on the walls are pictures of beautiful food items, placed perfectly, cooked perfectly, pictures taken perfectly. But the problem is that THE ONLY PLACE YOU COULD HOPE OF ACHIEVING SUCH PERFECTION IS IN A FIREHOUSE SUBS'! Their bathroom key has some pool float like loop on it that looks like it could hold up the weight of King Kong. Oh and don't get me started on the Southwest Sauce..... that sauce haunts my dreams. You ask for a *dab* of it and they pour 97 octogintillion gallons of the stuff on to your sad, delict sandwich. Also this ugly shark broke into the subway and ate my sandwich while I was in the bathroom despite the fact he was previously banned from the establishment. After this ordeal as I was ordering a new sandwich in which they were about to put a ton of South-west Sause until David Dobrik rushed into the store begging them to stop. The staff were flabbergasted at the sight of this one man. He brought order to this place. He helped this place. Without David this subway would be no longer, and for that I thank him.“
“Me being the jerk that I am I came in Subway 9 minutes before they close expecting to get yelled at. the lady at the register was super nice made my order and didn't complain, her name was Ella. Ella needs to be a Subway trainer her professionalism is extraordinary. Also this is one of the cleanest Subways that I have ever been in, I've lived in eight states, been to a lot of different subways this one looked the cleanest and also smelled the cleanest y'all got something going here let's keep it up.“
“My go to subway. There's a young man working there and from the first encounter I saw his resilience and poise from a situation with how he handled a different customer. On top he pay attention to how he makes the food. Even if this location wasn't close to me I would make the trip.“

“Stopped by to "special order" a foot long sub. I like the fresh, soft, white bread. I got the honey ham and American cheese toasted. The ham was spread all the way to each end of the bread. This way the first and last bite are not just bread. They also spread the mayonaise, bbq sauce, lettuce, sweet onions, pickles, tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers, ... They cut the sub into 6" lengths and wrapped each separately. It's easier to eat in 6" sections. After writing this report, I am getting hungry for another sub....“
“I have to drive 15 miles away from my house because all the stores near my home are Arabic owned and they put as little as humanly possible on your sandwich. I am not a rude person but it is insane how they treat you at Rangeline/Laurendine Rd. If you even ask for extra olives they act like giving you 10 olive slices are too many. I enjoy my olives, lettuce and pickles on my $18.00 footlong! Why is it an issue for independent stores to treat your customers good or even allow us to use coupons you mail us every few weeks. It is like you are printing them for nothing because these local Subway locations refuse to let us use them!“
