Wendy's in Mobile

““They had the worst attitude at this Wendy's I hate to go to this one👎🏽🤨” those were my comments from four years ago. Well I am pleased to say that I went back there two days ago and was served by a young man/employee by the name of Kiley. He was phenomenal, beautiful personality very patient kind courteous said thank you may I contact I was very impressed so I’m taking my one star back and going to a five star because of him and his manager named Tammie. They did an amazing job❣️ THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED❣️👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽“

“Nea is a great manger always making sure the store be clean you can tell when she is there fresh hot food store smells like you are at home i had a issue she corrected it right away no questions asked and apolized and gave me a meal card because my food had mayo and I didn’t won’t it every one was in place working and that’s what I like to see she is always friendly smiling and making my day she is a awesome manger please keep up the gd work“

“I'm usually not the one to write reviews, but I just had to congratulate the manager, Ms. Albuquerque (if I typed that right) for a job well done on the awesome customer service she presented when preparing my food. She made sure the food was hot and fresh. I highly recommend going when she's there.?“

“Well, sometimes the staff is ok. It really depends on who is on the crew that day. The question is, do they really care if your order is filled or whether their personal problems need to be solved on the phone???? If no one seems to care, your wait will be longer than anticipated. Orders have to be double checked because what's on the receipt, may not be what's in the bag. Customer service is definitely not high on the priority list.“

“Recent visit to this Wendy's was very surprising and good. After two Wendy's in Mobile closing down from what I would suspect from poor service and food since that is what I experienced on several visits this Wendy's may have hope.

I can't tell you how unpleasant the workers at the other two branches were and we experienced the same poor service at this branch until this last visit. In prior visits we received poor service, the orders were not correct and the food was not good.

Something must have happened and the owner decided they needed to do better. The lady who gave me my food actually had a smile and carried on a friendly conversation with me. That within itself was a major improvement. Then when I got home I learned my food order was correct and very good.

My son and I decided to try this branch again and he said the workers were friendly and our order was correct. That's great because we like Wendy's food and have for a long time until we stopped getting good service and food several months ago.

So maybe they've turned things around and we have a good Wendy's branch in Mobile like it used to be when they were making good commercials and offering good food.“
