The best breakfast in Alabama!! We had the three egg breakfast with chicken thighs!!! Perfect eggs and the grits were not instant! Well worth the ten miles off the freeway and back!!
Very busy so a little slow. The server who helped the waitress by bringing food out was wonderful. Waitress could work on skills dealing with people of color. Maybe she was nervous or just new.The food was good.

We love Bubbly Hen. Our main complaint is that it takes the bar FOREVER to make drinks. They could make a lot more money with faster bar service. Also, very upset that my favorite server Amelia is no longer there.
