“The bad? Not always a fan of the house music. Plus it is quite loud. The great? The food. The people. I have yet to get a bad burger, dog or sandwich from them. The quality is impeccable. All of the toppings are at no extra charge. Their fry servings are a bit misleading. They have paper cups that fries are served in and they don't look like much EXCEPT only about ⅓ of the fries you get are actually IN the cup. The rest are put directly in your bag with your sandwich. I made the mistake of ordering large fries for each of my husband and I the first time we ate there. We were hungry, or thought we were. Unless you are feeding teenage, bottomless stomach, boys... Order a small fry. Our fry order mostly went home with us and I reheated them with cheese and salsa for nacho fries and the second day I reheated the remainder and covered them with chipped beef. The prices do seem high. Easily $30 for 2 people. Between quantity and quality, you get your money's worth. The stores are immaculate. They practice scrupulous food safety. Even just going to shake their fries after touching bread, they change their gloves! And their bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen.Parking: Zelda Rd is the only location I've found where parking can be a bit of a challenge.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide. Every store has some low tables & at least 2 tables specifically designated accessible for wheelchair users.“

“The restaurants are, so far, impeccably clean. The bathrooms don't smell and supplies are where they should be.Their burgers are amazing, even if they don't serve me the mushroom overload I beg for (kidding here. They give me enough that I get 'shroom in every bite). And while their burgers are amazing, if you haven't tried a fried dog, OMG! You REALLY need to. They are amazing! All beef. Split in half and grilled. Normally I absolutely hate fried hotdogs. Their hotdogs are amazing! Just, if you are like me and pile on the toppings, ask them to toast the bun a bit longer. They don't hold up well with a lot of toppings. They are pricey. Expect $15+ for a regular cheeseburger (with all the toppings you want), a soda and fries.Don't skip the fries. Your mouth deserves the gift. And if you like spicy? Get their Cajun fries. If you are alone, order a small fry. Trust me. Even when hubs and I eat there we order a small. The serving cup looks small... But the extra scoop they put in the bag loose make their "small" servings closer in quantity to s supersize elsewhere.Parking: They seem to always have plenty of parking. The store on Zelda can be a little challenging because that strip mall is so busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Their doors are wide enough for all wheelchairs I've ever dealt with. They have tables at wheelchair height. They don't have an automatic button to open their doors, but if you need help, they are easy enough to call.“
