“Customer service at this Montgomery location was absolutely top notch...which really stands out in our current times when staffing is bare bones and so many of the normal niceties of dining out are missing. Thank you for a genuinely great experience today Montgomery Burgerfi!! We spoke to the manager and he spoke with such pride and honor to serve people with quality service, even his employees exemplified this attitude. Again, a great experience!“
“The bad? Not always a fan of the house music. Plus it is quite loud.The great? The food. The people. I have yet to get a bad burger, dog or sandwich from them. The quality is impeccable. All of the toppings are at no extra charge. Their fry servings are a bit misleading. They have paper cups that fries are served in and they don't look like much EXCEPT only about ⅓ of the fries you get are actually IN the cup. The rest are put directly in your bag with your sandwich. I made the mistake of ordering large fries for each of my husband and I the first time we ate there. We were hungry, or thought we were. Unless you are feeding teenage, bottomless stomach, boys... Order a small fry. Our fry order mostly went home with us and I reheated them with cheese and salsa for nacho fries and the second day I reheated the remainder and covered them with chipped beef.The prices do seem high. Easily $30 for 2 people. Between quantity and quality, you get your money's worth.The stores are immaculate. They practice scrupulous food safety. Even just going to shake their fries after touching bread, they change their gloves! And their bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen.Parking: Zelda Rd is the only location I've found where parking can be a bit of a challenge.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide. Every store has some low tables & at least 2 tables specifically designated accessible for wheelchair users.“

When it comes to burgers i zdx m very paticular THis location was cleaned and i just happened to see the prepped burgers meat was freshhhhhb! and layer in neat CLEAN CLEAN CONTAINER FOOD WAS COOKED GOOD HOT FRESH AND WRAPPED NEATLY WHEN IT COMES TO A BURGER HAS TO BE REAL BEEF. I still have wonderful memories of going to get a Chris' hamburger or hotdog for .50 cents.Chris' has stayed the same with regards to hotdogs and hamburgers and fortunately, the Chris' sauce recipe has never changed.If you're in town, stop by for a piece of Montgomery history and enjoy the delicious burgers or hotdogs-- or both if you choose. You won't regret it.Parking: You would need to use parking meters on Dexter Avenue.Kid-friendliness: Booths are still the same from the 80s. You can fit four people in a booth comfortably.“
“A true mom and pop type feel burger joint with a true homemade burger taste and sides that’s are phenomenal. A ton of varieties of burgers and sandwiches and can’t wait to go back and try something else. You can tell the burgers are fresh and they give you the option for Texas toast bread!!! “

“With a staff made completely of teens, the service is far better than I expect every time. Always greeted with smiles, food comes out quickly, and has been consistently prepared each visit. Loooooove the mission what they are doing for the youth here.“
