I really hate writing bad reviews but I’ve had horrible interactions with the older man barista on more than one occasion. He is so rude, doesn’t acknowledge me when I ask Questions or say thank you… I asked Him if I could he a straw - he didn’t even look up, just pointed behind me where the straws were (I hadn’t Spotted them). He never looks like he’s happy to be there and when I try and sit to read my book and drink my coffee, he makes me feel uncomfortable.
