Papa John's in Montgomery

“I went in pretty late and they had only one guy working. He was doing his best to keep up and had music blaring super loud. I didn’t really mind though because he was left in a rough situation.He was still helpful and as quick as he could be when working by himself.Pizza was good, Papa John’s is one of my favorites.“

“By all means this not about the pizza, it’s deliciouso! Anyways I’m talking about given me two Parmesan cheese packets, one garlic sauce for eight/ten slices of pizza and couple plates, like damnit, give me more; give me more ??‍♀️?“

“Ordered from them 3 pies, asked for extra cheese and sauce and all 3 came exactly as I asked. Most places do not even bother to follow this request! But they did, pizza got here on time and hot. Also heard that the district manager had to go in today due to being light staffed and he did a amazing job. I am very happy with my order and have mass respect for the quality that was delivered to my home.“

“We stopped in Montgomery, AL on our way to Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We did not want to get back in the car, after a long drive so we ordered Papa John’s.

There was delay with delivery. Delivery was about 30 minutes late, the tracking in app showed additional 10-15 minutes. I was a bit frustrated as we had a super disappointing experience with the Embassy Suites in the area. Kids were tired and hungry. I called the store to ask if the delivery was going to be further delayed.

The person who answered my call was very professional and asked me if i can hold while he can connect with driver. A few minutes later, he came back on the line and told me that the driver will be there in less than five minutes.

Driver arrived a few minutes later and apologized for delay.

It is not the problem that causes loss in loyalty, it is how the concern is addressed. In one day, I was able to see a horrible customer experience with Embassy Suites and a best in class experience with Papa John’s.“
