“This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. I got the Death by Pepperoni. Everything about it was great. The crust was thin, the sauce had great flavor, and the cheese and pepperoni were fantastic. All the ingredients are quality. The staff were friendly. I will be going back. Highly recommend.“

“My wife and I ate here for the 1st time and the pizza was some of the best we have ever eaten , we had a little issue with the length of time it took but the waitress came and told us that she had made a mistake and had not put the order in as fast as she should have , I loved her honesty about the issue so she gets a pass on that , she was also very busy so I can see how the mistake could happen , the restaurant management gave us a discount without us having to ask so kudos to them also , we will be going back soon and enjoying another great meal“

“Picked up the 12' pepperoni pizza for lunch. The pizza had a great cust. Thin and also a crispy and very flavorful crust. The flavor of the cheese and pepperoni was decent, but the cheese slid right off of the first three or four slices I ate. The fact that the Pepperonis were cooked under the cheese may have been what caused it to slip off.“

“Thank you to Saza Madison, and specifically our two wonderful waitresses, for a great group dinner yesterday evening (9/5/2024). I called a few weeks early to discuss a large party reservation for a dinner group. Then, earlier this week, I called back to give a more accurate number of people in our group who had signed up to come. The Saza team set up our tables and gave us two great waitresses. There was an accident on 565 leading to terrible traffic, so part of our party was delayed. They never rushed us as we waited. Everyone got their orders in, and we enjoyed our conversations while they made the magic. Food was great - our group tried everything from salads, to pasta, to pizza… it was delicious. With a large party, we were asking for a lot from Saza and they delivered!“

But I ordered for delivery and she was super nice she actually did talk to me using sign language when I opened the door she immediately made it known that she couldn’t hear with a smile . Food was good as well . Keep up the good work Perry Hill .“

“From the start, the person working the drive thru wasn't friendly, or professional. Said it would be a few minutes. When we got our order, she didn't say thank you, or acted like she appreciated our business. Once we got home, the pizza was OK. But our desert was wrong. This isn't the first time we have had issues here. It's not always like this, but it really makes me want to go somewhere else.“

Good deals to boot. The occasional slip up like giving you the wrong sauces but all forgivable when the food tastes “

“One of the last places to eat in Eastdale Mall. This place has great food and great prices for a fast grab lunch. The owner was a genuinely nice guy and for 6.99 I got a large slice of meat lovers pizza, chips, and a drink. You can order whole pies or by the slice and he even has soul food on Friday.“

“I had only one bad experience at this location a couple years ago, but nothing recently. The food is prepared in a timely manner. The food is always good. Especially the cheese bread, my favorite! I normally order online, delivery but when I go to pickup, they are polite.“

Even though I came in kind of late, the staff didn’t act annoyed or rushed at all. They actually seemed happy to serve me, like they really gave a damn. Super friendly and respectful, made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. You can tell the team cares and takes pride in what they do.
