I have been ordering from this Hut for 11 years. In those 11 years I might have received 3 pizzas that I didn't have to have remade. Tonight was one of those nights that I needed our pizza remade. IF THEY HAD BOTHERED TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! 2 calls. Both in excess of 10 rings. Both ended inn the fax machine picking up. Not acceptable! Raw pizza? Not acceptable. 1/2 and 1/2 pizza order ignored, with only 2 slices correct as far as the half that didn't want certain toppings?...read full review
They lied like my card was declined! They lied like they tried to call! That's why we love Papa John's!
Ordered 16 sweet chili wings bone out. 3 hours and 5 minutes later I received bone in and cold chicken wings. Ordered 7:28 pm got them at 10:33 pm.
