Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews offers a mixed dining experience. The floor was slippery, but eventually, wet floor signs were put out. The server made mistakes with the orders but fixed them quickly. The onion rings were hot, fries were barely warm, and the burgers were not as tasty as expected. However, the staff was nice and gave balloons to kids. The food quality was great, and the service impeccable, especially for a group of 10 on Mother's Day. Despite some hiccups, it was an overall pleasant dining experience.
