We were seated and waited 21 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet no one acknowledged us or offered any kind of welcome. Unfortunately, it left a very unwelcoming impression, and we ended up leaving without being served. I will never try this restaurant or one it's other locations because of the poor reception at this location. This location is also very dirty.
The service was none existence . We first went to the one downtown Montgomery. It looked that location had closed. The we call the one at East Chase phone stayed busy. We drove out there anyway. Once there went inside and had to seat ourselves. There was a person behind the counter doing something. He never acknowledged us being there. I had a very nice dinner with my wife with some nice rock n roll music in the background! Love the steak.
