Overall experience was poor from the start. It's the Saturday after Thanksgiving and our favorite Pizza place was closed so we chose SaZa. I called and there was no answer so we assumed they were closed or too busy to answer so took a gamble and drove downtown. To our surprise, lights were on and workers were inside. Upon entry, there's 3 female employees at the booth chatting. No business! I mean I was the only customer at the time. So, why wasn't the phone answered?...
