“Located right next (and attached) to the Trilogy Hotel, I popped into this Starbucks on a November Saturday morning. The line wasn't long nor was the normal wait for your coffee. However, my order was a few minutes behind since a ticket was never printed. It wasn't bad at all, but the staff upgraded my grande pumpkin spiced latte to a venti. So kind!“
“This Starbucks is amazing, this morning I made a mistake on the app and ordered at the wrong location but the lady here was so sweet and helped me call the other location to cancel the order instead of driving all over town before work, I really appreciate it.“
“This Starbucks location is very nice. It would be great if it offered USB charging outlets at the tables, but it doesn't. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. The only thing negative would be the room temperature, kinda on the cool side.“
“Always enjoy visited this particular store. The wait was not long but depends on the time of day you visit. There seems to be a couple of things I've notice with Starbucks lately. The cup size has shrunk, the prices are higher, and the coffee flavor has changed. Whatever changes were implemented need to be changed back.“
“This is mostly a review for my recent customer service experience. I typically frequent the location on Chantilly, but I was in the area and ordered for the very first time from the app for an iced espresso from this location. I made a user error on the app and ordered the wrong thing and when I inquired, the barista fixed it for me with no questions asked and no extra charge. The place was absolutely slammed, and she made me feel like I deserved the right order even though it was a user error. 10 out of 10 recommend!“
“A couple of years ago, this Starbucks was not good at all. The employees were rude and the drinks were pretty mediocre. I even remember an employee lying every time I would try to order iced coffee and saying they were out because she didn’t feel like making my drink. I started going to the stand alone location down the road instead, but for the past year or so that location has really gone down and the drinks are watered down or made wrong every single time. I decided to give the Target Starbucks another chance, and I am so glad I did. The past few times I’ve been, the employees have been friendly and the drinks are made very well and not watered down at all. I will definitely continue coming now.“
“I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. Corey, who took my order, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. He encouraged me to try something new, the 'Pink Drink,' which I rarely do, but I’m so glad I listened! It turned out to be a fantastic choice and is now one of my favorite refreshers. It’s refreshing to visit a Starbucks where the staff are genuinely happy to be there and greet you with smiles. Starbucks should be proud to have Corey on their team—his positive demeanor makes all the difference!
The only suggestion I would have is for the restroom to be better maintained, and it would be great if the other stall in the ladies' room could be repaired. Other than that, a fantastic experience!“
