Starbucks in Auburn

“I have a really bad experience at another Starbucks earlier in the day. Came down to this one on south college st. where It was a totally different atmosphere. Very welcoming and made me feel a whole lot better.

Isabella took our orders and greeted us with a bright smile. Thurston gave us a great conversation and empathized with us about our bad experience earlier and said he would make sure this one was much better. He’s definitely a great manager and what leadership should look like.

Me and my friend sat down and Gracie brought us our drinks with straws and made sure we were 100% taken care of.

I would highly recommend coming to this Starbucks to anyone who is in the area“

“I LOVE this place! The staff are awesome and friendly. If you go there enough, don't be surprised if they recognize you and begin to punch in your order! It's great. I love the atmosphere, the openness of the counter, the different seating places, etc. I just think the company could be heavier on the branding in the seating areas. Its never overly crowded and you don't have to worry about a drive thru. And I also love that I can relax here before or after shopping, and drink a coffee while getting groceries.“

“The student center starbucks has moved into a new, huge location in the building as of August 2023 and now has three ovens and a massive operation. They’re quick, despite being so busy. My food and coffee is always amazing and if something goes wrong they’re always nice and understanding about remaking it or giving you more milk or flavor. The baristas give good advice on what food and drinks to get and sometimes even give samples to try new things before you spend money on it. Great starbucks. War Eagle!“
