“I just want to point out that this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. No one, not even the one two blocks down from my house, can make my morning coffee the way the morning team at the Coosa Street downtown Montgomery location does. I pass two different Starbucks just because of how good this one is. In my opinion, y’all need to give them raises and start sending them to other locations to train people on how to make your drinks. Hands down, the best baristas in all of Montgomery.“
“This is mostly a review for my recent customer service experience. I typically frequent the location on Chantilly, but I was in the area and ordered for the very first time from the app for an iced espresso from this location. I made a user error on the app and ordered the wrong thing and when I inquired, the barista fixed it for me with no questions asked and no extra charge. The place was absolutely slammed, and she made me feel like I deserved the right order even though it was a user error. 10 out of 10 recommend!“
“Oh my gosh!!! Literally the BEST Starbucks in the Tri County area!!!! Sydney and her crew is amazing! I work about 2 min from another location but My Husband and I will go 10 min out of the way to go to this Starbucks! The staff know us and always get our drinks made to perfection! “Just pulled through to get a coffee on my way home and it is quite literally the best I’ve ever gotten from any Starbucks! I did forgot to say add cinnamon when I ordered so when I got to the window I asked if the guy could add some cinnamon and he said yes! He was so very polite! Kudos to him and his barista skills! I came all the way from Pensacola, Florida, with my business partner, and we had an amazing experience at this Starbucks! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Iverson and Biancha for going above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly stood out.
The store was clean, the atmosphere was great, and our drinks were prepared perfectly. Experiences like this are why customers keep coming back. Thank you, Iverson, Biancha, and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!“
“A couple of years ago, this Starbucks was not good at all. The employees were rude and the drinks were pretty mediocre. I even remember an employee lying every time I would try to order iced coffee and saying they were out because she didn’t feel like making my drink. I started going to the stand alone location down the road instead, but for the past year or so that location has really gone down and the drinks are watered down or made wrong every single time. I decided to give the Target Starbucks another chance, and I am so glad I did. The past few times I’ve been, the employees have been friendly and the drinks are made very well and not watered down at all. I will definitely continue coming now.“
“I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. Corey, who took my order, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. He encouraged me to try something new, the 'Pink Drink,' which I rarely do, but I’m so glad I listened! It turned out to be a fantastic choice and is now one of my favorite refreshers. It’s refreshing to visit a Starbucks where the staff are genuinely happy to be there and greet you with smiles. Starbucks should be proud to have Corey on their team—his positive demeanor makes all the difference!
The only suggestion I would have is for the restroom to be better maintained, and it would be great if the other stall in the ladies' room could be repaired. Other than that, a fantastic experience!“
“normally I don’t go to Starbucks, but I stopped by this location today on my way in to work and I received the best service of any coffee place i’ve been to. Mohab (i’m so sorry if i’ve spelled that wrong) was an absolute delight. friendliest barista i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. 10/10 will return. 💜“
