“My daughter and I have loved going to this location for years now! The baristas are always welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We never have to wait long for our orders, and the orders are always top notch. The seating area and restrooms are clean as a whistle, and the music is present without being too loud. “I generally always have a good experience getting a drink from this location, but today was stellar. The staff were extremely kind and took my order. I had a water tumbler in my hand that was almost empty. I had planned to go get water from the fountain. Its over 100 with the humidity today. Without any request, they immediately offered to fill it up for me. I didnt want to ask since they had a line. Not only was that extremely kind and helpful, they put ice in it as well. It was a simple extra step for them to do that for me. It was so hot today so the ice water was a huge help while walking and shopping the plaza.“

“Great customer service experience. There was a miscommunication about my payment. I tried to scan my rewards but scanned my Starbucks account and rewards. I need a refund, and to use a separate card. They refunded me, and just told me not to worry about the recharge. Thanks! I appreciate the drink! It was also delicious.“
“Hannah is the best starbucks employee. When i went in to Starbucks she greated me with a big smile. I ordered a chai latte and she made it super fast and left a very kind message on my cup. The drink was made to perfection and I enjoyed it all the way home. Its always nice to see such hard working, thoughtful, and considerate people like Hannah“
“The atmosphere is excellent. It’s relatively quiet, perfect for studying, the smell of coffee is refreshing, the music is calming, it’s clean, and there’s outdoor seating. The staff helped me pick a drink (iced caramel brûlée latte is amazing) and were very patient. The drinks came out quickly and I would definitely visit again just to study.“
