The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The drive through ppl are the absolute worse. They act as if they are mad with the guest for coming to give them business. Answer the machine mad from the beginning. No thank you just ok ok ok ok yeah
The customer service with the night crew was terrible. They didn't know how to take my order at the drive through and kept forgetting food in my bags. After telling them that I was missing food they gave me attitude and told me that I was wrong. I do not recommend going to this Wendy's because the service is horrible. Go to another one!
Today i ordered food for my kids and this lady gonna give me a bag saying this for you friend with uncooked bacon 🤮 I’m so happy God blessed me with common sense to check my kids food to everyone please 🙏🏽 check your food/ husband/ kids people are so evil nowadays
