Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has good food that is fresh and hot. The bread is delicious, and the family pack is worth the price for everything you get. The employees and management are kind, and the service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean, neat, and busy at lunch time. However, the wait can be way too long, and they sometimes forget the Zaxby’s sauce, which defeats the purpose of a Drive Thru. Overall, the food is always great and the service is outstanding.
