“I placed a 70 wing order one morning to pick up at 3. I got there and only had to wait maybe 10 minutes for them to finish up (not bad at all for that many wings). The wings themselves were awesome, hot, and nicely sized. We got honey mustard, hot, mild, Jamaican, and lemon pepper. They were nearly ALL eaten and loved among our family. !!!They are cash only but they do accept cashapp or applepay!!!“

“I was scared to stop by this restaurant because of the reviews I have read on here but I walked in spoke to the Asian lady and she spoke back .I came back the next week and the same lady took my order .I speak put in my order and wait while it's cooked fresh .The two young African American ladies I encounter has been nice and polite . I'm not sure if they read your reviews and changed but I haven't had not one problem and the food has bern hot and Delicious. I Pray it stays this way“

“I’m a regular at this location, love the staff to pieces! Literally everyone there. Usually order a half cheese, half bacon pizza and always hits the spot. The crust just right — not too thick, not too thin. The cheese side was classic and comforting, and the bacon side had the perfect amount if bacon. Simple, hot, and delicious. Best location!“

“Ordered my food it was here in under 45 mins. That should be normal but there was 1 driver. He had an order to drop off before mine and still made it to me 30 mins after I ordered my pizza. “Why on earth does it take 45min to get your food when the place is drive thru only? That is absurd? You can literally get a live chicken, kill it, pluck it, clean it, cut and batter the thing, then cook it and eat it in less time than to go they y’all’s drive thru.... Please find out what’s being done wrong and fix it“

“I needed a good pizza before they closed and can't complain about the food as I ordered about an hour before closing. I know the workers wanted to finish and close so I was happy with the friendly service provided. I tried using a coupon over the phone but their system wouldn't take it. Fortunately, the worker volunteered some other deals that were perfect and I had a great pizza to take home and end a long day. I won't fault them for not being able to use the coupon as it was the computer system and the worker found a solution to the problem that worked for me. I think all these companies are pushing their online apps for ordering and I'm not a fan. I prefer my pizza with real people not a dumb app I have to thumb through and do the work I used to do when I worked at a pizza place in my younger years. Anyways, great food, nice workers, and fair prices. I'll be back as I've ordered from here before and always have a good experience.“

I have came here for pizza for years. I have always had a great experience every time. Except for the last year or so. They been very inconsistent on quality for sure. “Wow, I think this is the best Papa John’s I have been to all around Birmingham. I ordered a large pizza and to papa-dillas today. Both were really fresh tasting, fresh ingredients, perfect temperature, tasted wonderful. I was starting to lose hope in fast food. If you want good pizza near Gardendale, this is the place.
